Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Thank you for shopping with us at Maison May! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may exchange your item(s) and have a credit for future purchases. All items must be unworn, with tags attached. No refunds on any items. All sales on Sale/Clearance items FINAL.

Maison May does not do CASH REFUNDS. Items must be received within 10 business days of receiving the order to receive a store credit. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs. Anything that smells of smoke, has been washed/worn, or damaged will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition, unworn with tags attached.

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

From time to time, a damage or flaw in an item gets by us as we inspect our garments. If you experience this, please take a photo of the damage/flaw and email us immediately within 3 days of receipt at shopmaisonmay@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
